Designed for group engagement, ISW/ISF brings education to life through immersive, gamified experiences. The system offers a diverse range of educational content across English, Mathematics, Geography, and more, along with sensory and recreational activities.
The system utilizes Lidar or IR depth cameras to accurately track movement across the projection area. Detection data is mapped to a calibrated coordinate system and processed into screen space coordinates within Unreal Engine, enabling precise and responsive interaction between users (hands, feet, or objects) and the digital environment.
Omnia Interactive has engineered a scalable and extensible software framework supporting a continuously expanding library of over 40 interactive games. Our development ensures robust performance, intuitive gameplay mechanics, and curriculum-aligned content tailored for children aged 4-11 in British primary education.
A key component of the system is its custom-built online multiplayer functionality, designed to connect up to four schools in real time for collaborative and competitive play. Developed on a Node.js server, it leverages WebSockets to establish low-latency connections, ensuring synchronised gameplay and seamless communication between participants.
